24 Water colour pencils with pencil wrap

The watercolour pencil set by Zieler contains 24 quality, water-soluble coloured pencils which you can dip in water, or wet the paper, to produce stunning artworks either as a drawing or a painting. A water colour brush is provided to help you create better watercolour effects. These soft-textured pencils can also be used dry as normal colouring pencils.

The pencils are stored in high quality fabric felt wrap which not only keeps your set safe and well protected, but makes them easily accessible and extremely portable.
